Hello, my account id: 51361666823 and my friend’s account id: 51891771711 were blocked for teaming and I I don’t deny that I got 06/28/2024 in the interval 15:10-15:20 (GMT+3) ban but I was unblocked on me and my friend 06/29/2024 in the interval 15:10-15:20 (GMT+3) and in the evening I just played with a friend and to me between 21:10-21:20 (GMT+3) another ban arrives for me and my friend and also resets the points of the rating mode of the account for no reason, I understand that I was teaming up 2 times on the same day, but this was before the ban and I didn’t know what they were banning for and I still thought that I had already left punishment in the form of 1 ban turns out to be 2 for me and my friend, please forgive us for everything, we won’t merge anymore, we just really didn’t know, sorry, you can unblock the account and return all rating points.

The #support got closed, you should post that request on the support subreddit. Also avoid opening multiple posts, if you do your request might be directly closed.
