When I open the program, it does not recognize the controllers

Can you think of any more detail? Obviously this isn't something that usually happens so we need help to figure out what's happening to you.
When Open Brush is opened, it stays on the start screen without recognizing the controllers. This is all I can tell you. The controllers work perfectly with other programs, except for this one in particular... Please let me know what you need me to tell you, as this is all I can do with Open Brush. I open the application, it loads, but that's it, it stays there, and I can't access the palettes, the controllers don't appear...
I think this can happen if the controllers are asleep when the app starts up, quest has been very aggressive about putting them to sleep recently... if you actively hold both controllers when you start up the app, does that make it work?
For the record I still think this is a bug and i'm looking to solve it with an input overhaul
How can I see if they are at rest? I'm going to look for it... A few weeks ago without a problem, but now that's it, it remains empty...
thanks
the render models will disappear in the quest OS, holding them is enough to make them realise they're awake, but if you set them down on a table while the app loads, they might go back to sleep, things like that
I understand. I noticed that one of the times, but now I use them to open the application to avoid that
@mikesky when I rest my headset on counter to get a drink or something and I'm in Open Brush drawing something.... and then pick it up again after leaving it for awhile, the controllers don't work. It forces me to reboot OB all over again. (very annoying)
That sounds more like https://discord.com/channels/783806589991780412/1090935576359874620 which is slightly different to this. If so - can you post in that bug and add some more detail about your setup? (Steam or Oculus Store? Link or virtual desktop? etc etc)
