im on multiplayer^ using essential
does not matter in this case
It cannot be much better
You can increase your vanilla RD in hope of not noticing it
Or you shaders
shaders blend it better
You can also increase noise texture, it will help a bit

try
- steps: 8
- strength/intensity: 16
Oh and you can also tune the fog to cover it just a bit
use mod Simple Fog Control to tune the vanila fog
But you may see this problem: https://discord.com/channels/881614130614767666/1216127315797479514
i mean, it wasnt grey before in vanilla
idk what I changed that turned it grey
the grey water is for all the water
that is dh
Do you have any resourcepack?
Or mods that affect biome color?
Try new world
If it works delete the lods from the old one and regenerator them
