Low Cpu Usage but good Performance
Noticed in task manager my CPU usage is hovering around 30% - have radius set to 1000 and "I Paid for the whole CPU" getting around 120fps. Any way to kick my CPU into working harder?
Could I just be bottle-necked elsewhere? Memory is maxed out and gpu is at 100%

It might be RAM, how much RAM do you have in your PC, and how much did you allocate to MC?
Try installing mod Ferritecore it decreases RAM usage by significant amount
