Game is crashing during gameplay randomly
While playing Distance Horizons on my server, I usually crash about 10 minutes into the session and get a hs_err crash report. The game usually runs pretty smoothly with little hiccups before that. Immediately before crashing the game will freeze and all the LODs will turn black
Mods: Fabric 1.21, 3D Skin Layers, Concentration, CraftPresence, Dynamic FPS, EntityCulling, Indium, Iris, Lithium, Physics Mod, Sodium, Zoomify

Can you confirm without dh that it still happens?
Try removing Physics Mod
No it doesn’t happen without DH installed
I can try that but it was crashing b4 I even added that

You should send your
latest.log file to provide additional useful information.
Logs are located in the .minecraft/logs directory.
On Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\logs
On Linux: ~/.minecraft/logs
On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/logs
Please upload the file to mclo.gs instead of sending the raw file. This makes reading the contents of the file a lot easier and improves the chances of you getting the help needed.
After uploading the file, click on Save and send the link.trying to get a more recent log but the game is just not crashing anymore
maybe it fixed itself? but if not i'll send the log when it does
