PUBG support wait time

Hi! I had 4 claims declined saying that they have not being approved. I was wondering how long it takes for PUBG mobile support Reddit takes to investigate a request it’s been 10 days.

Solution

Your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the in-game customer service or Tencent have requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have, they will not be able to assist you further. You will have to cross-check again.

If you have been denied four times then you’re are missing crucial information. You have to give exactly the information that is needed. Worth noting is that when your account got banned, the ban will not be lifted regardless of who did it. In such a chase every player is responsible for his account.

It’s best to wait and don’t spam further requests on the subreddit. Else they won’t help you.
