What version of Bliss Shader and Distant Horizon can I run at the same time? I will create a map with ReTerraForged. For version 1.20.2

You can't use shaders on 1.20.2
Update to 1.20.4 or 1.20.6

ReTerraForged is only available in 1.20.2, but

I recommend using a custom launcher like Modrinth App or Prism Launcher. It will make everything much easier

Distant Generator is too slow:
Try increasing CPU Load in Distant Horizons settings for faster generation, but you will experience more lag spikes and stuttering due to heavier workload on CPU.
To see if Distant Generator is really working or not:
1) Check CPU usage while in-game, using Aggressive settings of CPU Load. If CPU usage's hovering around 80-100%, the LoDs are generating in the background.
2) Go to DH settings > Advanced Options > Debug > Wireframe, set Enable Debug Wireframe Rendering and Show World Gen Queue to True.
Enabling both settings will show you the visualization of world gen tasks queued and working on the map (blue boxes for queued tasks, red boxes for working tasks)World Type: Default

LODs need to be generated before they can be rendered. mc's worldgen is slow, so generating LODs is slow. It will take some time until you have a large render distance

Increase DH lod distance and CPU load, and leave your PC to run overnight
1024 LOD RD takes over 12 hours to generate on 13900k
512 LOD RD takes on 13900k around 4 hours

Normal DH can't be installed on a server, but you can use #Server side fork
But you must install the fork on both client and server

You can try the mods tectonic or lithosphere. Should be close enough
