1.21 nightly build for Neoforge "[File] is not a valid mod file"
Tried using that github link being passed around by mods. I put the jar for neoforge in my mods folder. On launch, neoforged says it isn't a valid mod file. Am I messing up the install process somehow? This is my first time using Neoforge.

You should send your
latest.log
file to provide additional useful information.
Logs are located in the .minecraft/logs
directory.
On Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\logs
On Linux: ~/.minecraft/logs
On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/logs
Please upload the file to mclo.gs instead of sending the raw file. This makes reading the contents of the file a lot easier and improves the chances of you getting the help needed.
After uploading the file, click on Save
and send the link.I'm guessing the part where it says it's ignoring the jar for an unknown reason is where you were expecting to see useful info...
Yea
I've tried this now with neoforge 21.0.21 beta and 21.0.24 beta with the same issue. If anybody can get DH to work with any version of neoforge, please let me know which version that is.
I did not hear such issues on neoforge for MC 1.20.6
