Account banned for 2 months Frozen abnormalities
Hello Pubg team. Today morning 21 june 2024 at 12pm when i tried to login to pubg i received this 2 months ban which says Abnormalities found in your emulator while i play on my mobile and i never used any cheats or third party tools. I request Pubg team to look into this matter and please unban my account i attached the Ban and other related screenshots. Also when i try to submit File Claim i get Network error. Please try again

Don’t play on emulator, when you bypass the emulator detection you get banned.
If you do it again you’ll be banned permanently I think.
But you knew that beforehand didn’t you.
