Are you having a z tilt, or a z offset issue? Your title and question don't line up

I dont really know why the auto levelling doesn’t work Even i already fix the probe calibration The z tilt doesn’t really synchronise with each other or the auto levelling doesn’t work i dont know

What happens when you try? Do you get any error messages? What makes you believe it isn't working? Have you posted your printer.cfg?

I dont get any errors but the auto levelling doesn’t do the job because the nozzle hits the other parts of the bed when i try to print stuff

I don't know that I'll be any help, I'm mostly trying to get useful information out of you so smarter people can take a look.

This part was so close to the nozzle and scraped the bed And i dont know how to solve this problem

2/10 is fine. But don't confuse z-tilt with bed mesh. You could still have twist in your gantry or bent linear bearings or just your frame not being square that can cause what you are seeing without bed mesh compensation
