Okay but on a slightly more serious note -- I actually think this isn't easy to cultivate. Sometimes the advice of "wear what you like / makes you feel good or confident" is really tough for someone who's been bombarded with years of external and internal ridicule.
Like, training as an actor, the advice you get from the start is "be your true self." Is that good advice? Of course! It's more important than anything! Does it make any sense when you first start? Fuck no, you have no idea who you are yet! And you probably got into acting so you could escape that.
Anyway, suffice to say, "swag is all you need" can be both true and terribly scary at the start. That's all I got to say ❤️
