Flying up in the air causes normal chunks to deload
The normal chunks don't transition to the "DH chunks", is this problem fixable? Rubidium (Embeddium) installed

im having this issue too!!! please help!!
try changing overdraw prevention
i saw that in previous posts but changing it in dh config does nothing and i cant find the setting for it in photon shaders
works perfectly without shaders
Then it is a shader problem
if the shader does not allow to change the overdraw prevention
you can always change the shader
Create an issue or feature request on shader's GitHub

Just ignore it
It hides the vanilla chunks at the same distance it hides them horizontaly
it is a sphere
If you are ok with let say 16 chunks horizontaly, why do you need more verticaly

downloaded do a barrel roll mod or smth along the lines of that
and im playing in a create modpack so ill be flying often too
just kinda an immersion break
are you having the same issue too?
Increase vanilla RD, or DH quality preset
alright ill play around with it
also joined the photon discord will see if people have had the same issue

i might be an idiot
had this setting cranked up to 500%
still dunno what it does but turning it down to 50% fixed it
so for anyone who has the same problem this is a potential fix if your issue is the samer as mine
