how do i allow player on a server to generate chunks out of the render distance for this mod?
ill explain some more if needed

the server runs chunks all those loaded chunks. iwant players to be able to see them
so even players with distant horisons must enter the chunks for them to then see it when they exit?

But remember!
Server side fork does not allow clients to generate lods outside of server's vanilla RD!
It makes the server generate lods for the connected clients!
