Distant Horizons Crashing
Distant Horizons is the only mod crashing the instance, tested by disabling certain other mods with no successful boot. Checked logs to solve error and installed Indium to fix as stated in the error log but game still crashed with seemingly unrelated errors.

Hard to diognose, as there aren't any errors in the log file. Does it also happen with just DH? If not, it's likely a mod incompatibility, in which case, you can try to perform a /binary search to find the mod causing it
Try a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it.
So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.

I ran it on my laptop and it worked fine, copied the exact instance that was on my laptop and ran it on my main pc and i actually got ingame but it still crashes
laptop is a ryzen 5 8540hs and main pc is ryzen 7 7800x3d + rx 7900xt
16gb memory on laptop 32gb on pc
ok now its super inconsistent. I updated indium and sometimes it crashes before opening, sometimes in the menu, sometimes the second i click multiplayer or singleplayer, sometimes after alt tabbing while ingame, and sometimes i can play fine without any crashes
What if you make a new instance with just DH? Does it still crash?
made a new instance and it didnt crash until i saved the singleplayer world i made
i had my friend send me an exact copy of his modrinth instance and it crashed a bit but is much more consistent but it crashes if I alt tab no matter what
ok i guess scratch that because now that instance wont open at all
how does this happen without even leaving a trace in the error logs? this is really annoying
If your friend has the same instance and it works for him it is probably your PCs fault
DH is one of not many programs that can actualy use 100% of your PC at once
If you have any overclocks active, deactivate them
if your GPU has factory OC, downclock it
if your RAM is DDR5 and your speed is higher then 6400 downclock it
(idk what should be the stable limit for DDR4)

You have not allocated enough RAM in yout MC launcher
I would check this one first
If your PC has 16 GiB of RAM allocate 6 - 8 GiB
If your PC has 32 GiB of RAM allocate 10 - 16 GiB (start with 12)
Method of increasing allocated RAM differs from launcher to launcher
look in any setting you can find for either:
- RAM allocation slider
- RAM allocation input field/box
- (if above are not present) custom java args box

not even lying to you all those boxes were checked man but i got it to work now i just cant alt tab while fullscreened
