Mod does not even work, with or without shaders. Doens't work on my server either.

Are you sure you did it right? I've not heard of it not working before.
Although maybe something else is broken as well
Distant generation doesn’t work on shaders

It’ll only generate LODs in places you’ve been but not far away
The F3 menu says there’s some world generation happening so move around and wait a bit and see if stuff shows up
It's not working on singleplayer either
someone on the Complentary Shaders server told me to update Embeddium and that didn't work either
I'm so confused, I deleted configs for alex's caves AND DH
Here it is at 2 chunks. Nothing showing up
Another weird problem is that I set the CPU load to balanced to see if that would help. It used up 100% of my CPU while loading nothing
deleting alex's caves cofig definetly break things
because you deleted the fix
you need to apply the fix again
