Weird world hole when switching from ingame render to LOD render when flying up and down.

I have a picture of what I mean. Basically, what kind of settings may be causing this to happen. and what can I do to prevent this choppiness if anything? Same thing happens if you approach the edge of the currently visible world due to generation/loading lag.

I've found this out already from searching while waiting, thank you. however I have no idea where to find that setting in the photon shader i'm using... or what it should come under so I can tweak it. I've gone through all the options looking for it... it doesn't seem to have the feature. even when searching the settings file in the zip for it. hm. even vanilla does it if you outpace the terrain... maybe my PC isn't that cut out for this...

Overdraw prevention is a setting in the DH settings, not the shader settings It stops LODs from rendering too close to you and it’s based off your normal render distance but if it’s too low then the LODs and normal chunks will visibly overlap

oh, that would've helped to know. thanks, if I return to that I'll seek it out.

Shaders override it So if you use shaders, you need to look in shader settings

yes If your shader does not support turning overdraw prevention down or off, you can try reducing your vanilla RD, or increasing vanilla chunks loading speed Try installing mods: - Noisium - Faster Random - C2ME
