which mods and stuff like this should I use?

just replace voxy with DH and you should be good
But how to get those mods and apply them?
you mean how to install mods in general?

search for them on modrinth (or curseforge), search the correct version, download it and move it to your mods folder

What does Sodium Extra, Squeedometer, DH, visuality ans yosbr do?
sodium extra gives more options like a fps meter and cloud control and fog settings
speedometer is just some speed meter i needed once, you can not download it or turn it off
visuality adds particles
forgot what yosbr does
