Solved by setting everyhing here to lowest
But there is still some blur thinks aren't exactly clear
As far as I tested it is TAA
Inside Post processing
But without it everything will flicker
Untill Bliss fixes it I can recommend Photon
Also try tweaking DoF (Depth of Field)
clean your glasses
Have you checked the Depth of Field setting in the shaders menu?
Also, ew, old lighting.
