That new number shows how much you paid into the game. Each item gives points and the more you have the higher is your level. If you bought like every item from game start and maxed it, weapons, cars and skins you get close or to the highest level that currently sits at 95.

it's the new levels they added based on your skins and collections
So the lower level you get is similar to the lower mmr right?
