Sorry what do you imply? Buying and selling is solely against the Terms of service of PUBG MOBILE, @andrey.
It will lead to suspension of accounts.
For instance, if someone needs an account which loads of skins, upgraded guns,... how players should deal with those issues?
if they want to buy one?

I know there is a huge underground account market but that is not allowed by the terms of service.
That means, you do not get support from PUBG mobile in any way if you get scammed/banned/etc. Furthermore if anyone can prove that an account got sold, there is the chance of an ban.
Conclusion: Don’t buy or sell accounts, there are so many scammers and it would be a shame if you lose money or your precious account.
If you want an loaded account, take out your credit card or better ask your mom and say you need 5k for „a school research project“ 😊😂
No seriously the only way to get what you want within the tos is by buying skins yourself.
