Allow reordering of layers
Maybe I missed this somewhere, but is there a way to rearrange the layers. Like just press on it to move it down or up?

I don’t think there is, but that would be purely for your own organisational purposes, the concept of layers as you’d see in photoshop goes completely out the window in 3D
Yeah - Layers don't make any difference to rendering in 3D as Mike says. But I can see value in having some control over order nonetheless.
There definitely is utility in being able to organize layers. Especially if you've got a lot of them
organizing layers would be nice also just duplicating, so I don't always have to manual select the item to copy to next layer
