go into dh settings and go into advanced then into graphics then rendering and click on transparency until it says complete then restart your game

yea follow those steps that fixes it once you have restarted your game
i meant it was already on complete
and when i turn my shaders off the glitch goes away but the lods arent loaded

Change quality preset to min. medium
low and minimum sometimes have problems
