Looks kind of like a western sun washed/faded chambray shirt (see below). IDing the exart shirt is tough, these are in the same ballpark though.

but like stated above it'll be tricky to ID the exact shirt unless someone happens to recognise it

i’m wondering if this is some kind of selvedge denim? see that little stripe on the inside of his collar here
There are cool vintage options as well
that's just a strip to cover the neck seam (to lower irritation), it's not a selvedge line. Honestly your chances of ID something this generic from a film that was likely filmed in 2011/2012 are pretty low - but there's a bounty of pearl snap westerns to choose from that will get you very close.
