world not generating on sp

hi, me and my friends recently downloaded dh and my friend created server. everything was working fine, DH working, shaders working etc. problem is, now, when i tried to play single player with DH on same mod pack, Distance horizons are not working. for some reason my chunks are not rendering, only this ones which i selected in vanilla render distance. when i click f3 and look, i can see "rendering disabled" (ss underneath) but when i check options there is clearly rendering true. any thoughs?

To edit the config, press the button next to the FOV slider to edit the config. The config file found in .minecraft/config/DistantHorizons.toml

delete the config or check the file, and enable rendering & distant generation inside

I think wrong setting:
[client.advanced.debugging]
# If enabled this will disable (most) vanilla Minecraft rendering.
#
# NOTE: Do not report any issues when this mode is on!
# This setting is only for fun and debugging.
# Mod compatibility is not guaranteed.
#
lodOnlyMode = false
# Stops vertex colors from being passed.
# Useful for debugging shaders
#
enableWhiteWorld = false
# What renderer is active?
#
# DEFAULT: Default lod renderer
# DEBUG: Debug testing renderer
# DISABLED: Disable rendering
#
rendererMode = "DEFAULT"

Check the renderMode

idk why but iirc the f3 screen is wrong about rendering being off/on
