Difference between measurements: First ambient, the second one 50 °C chamber.

So I happened to go from what I would call "ready for general maintenance" to "fine" by doing the measurements in 50 °C chamber. Is this normal? I do have my X axis linear rail tightened at temperature, to counteract the gantry bow from thermal expansion.

Check for binding o. Y rails. Frames move with temperature changes.

Dumb question - what is belt binding? The Y axis rails should be aligned, I've replaced them in January and shaper graphs were fine then. They were fine in March as well...

The carriages on the Y rails can bind not the belts. Changes in temp can affect rail alignment.. What does your belt tensin graph look like?

Peaks are aligned but the lines are not as smooth as they could be Eeeh I guess I'll strip the belts and check the Y axis alignment
