A curious result. This is on a V-Core 3.1, 300, fitted with a microlight print head

Issue turned out to be binding y linear rails. caused by making changes that effected frame alignment. Re aligned Y linear rails.
I am having similar peaks, what's the proper method to realign ylinear rails
i tried realigning the y linear rails with the provided alignment tool. yaxis graph got wrose

Forget to mention that I am on 400
I adjusted the belts, so both sides of the gantry hit the front at exactly the same time when I moved it forward by hand. Then loosened one Y rail just enough so it could move and pushed the gantry back and forth a few times to line it up with the other Y rsand then tightened the rail back up.
I just tried this, unfortunately without improvement
Worth a try. Out of curiosity, what accelerometer are you using?

Same problem returned several weeks later after removing and reinstalling belts.
Seems part of the problem was that I did not fully tighten the 5 mm bolts of the bearing stacks in the XY joiners and the spacers were vibrating. After tightening these results improved a bit.
