Fabric?
yes
That's weird, I've only seen this issue on forge. The forge fix was to delete the config file at .minecraft\config\distanthorizons.toml so maybe you can try that as well
Are you using the nightly build?
oh im using the one on modrinth
i can try using it
If you do, make a backup of your Lod's because otherwise you won't be able to go back
lod?
The fake chunks DH makes
/lodstored
Single Player:
- Overworld:
.minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
- Nether: .minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/DIM-1/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
- End: .minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/DIM1/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
- Custom Dimensions: .minecraft/saves/WORLD_NAME/DIMENSION_FOLDER/data/DistantHorizons.sqlite
Multiplayer:
- .minecraft/Distant_Horizons_server_data/SERVER_NAME/
oh i havent made a world yet
Then there is nothing to backup lol
yeah ik also i tried the nightly build still didnt work
/logsstored
You should send your
latest.log
file to provide additional useful information.
Logs are located in the .minecraft/logs
directory.
On Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\logs
On Linux: ~/.minecraft/logs
wait should i upload it to a website instead
Probably doesn't matter
Unless you connected to a server that doesn't hide it's ip
But you should send the latest.log
this is the latest one
ik there is a latest.log
The one called "latest.log"
but i sent this one as i was sure
ik this is the latest one
I can't open that
There is nothing really there
Can you try with just DH?
k
it loads now but dh just doesnt work
the chunks disapear
im using modrinth launcher is that the issue
no
can you send latest.log again?
this is the one with just sodium and indium
nothing again...
can you try with just the nightly build and nothing else?
works but the chunkys are kinda buggy and when you go farther away it makes some disapear
thats probably expected behavior. what is your cpu load setting at and what cpu do you have?
oh its prob cause i had another instance of mc open 💀
mac m1
could be
do you know the solution
turn up cpu load
no for the loading screen thign
oh
its probably a mod incompatability
you can try a /binary search
Try a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it.
So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.
k
is there a faster way i have like 160 mods
is there a list of incompatable mods
https://discord.com/channels/881614130614767666/1035937813310484540
here, but none of the mods listed there break the game in the way you experience it
dont think so
if you find it, be sure to let use know so we can add it to the list
ill do it tmrw i gotta sleep
sure!
i tried doing the binary thing
i still have no clue whats causing it
found it its zoomify
add it to compatibility list
ok now the chunks dont load
like the mod doesnt work
I have Zoomify and everything works
I'm afraid this might be a incompatibility treesome
bruh
Yep, same
Never had problems with zoomify
can you help me the chunks are not appearing
Did you figure out the loading screen problem yet?
yes remove zoomify
Can you send logs?
/logsstored
You should send your

file to provide additional useful information.

There are some errors, but nothing that would make me think something is wrong.
