removed sodium, now its asking to remove iris. "mod iris requires 0.5.8 of sodium to work" so its an infinite loop
Also, if you're gonna use shaders, make sure you use a compatible one from https://discord.com/channels/774352792659820594/1203904707270279208

then change mc version to 1.20.1 and replace iris and sodium with the 1.20.1 versions
i tried that now im back in the loop of it telling me to remove distant horizons
