Does this happen without the shaders?
I would guess its overdraw prevention problem
shaders are in control of it
you can increase vanilla RD, or try increasing noise texture in DH setting (I recommand step 8, strength 16)
i have the recommended noise texture settings
ok i think it had something to do with compression format
i fixed it now

running around seemed to reload the LOD and fixed it
