Best ways to search for breathable knit summer shirts?

I'm a big fan of the Scott Fraser knit shirt in the first pic from this post: https://www.instagram.com/p/C6ExEslPM9q/?img_index=1 Would be cool to have something similar, but am hoping for around ~$50-75 budget so I'll mostly be looking secondhand ebay/posh/grailed/etc. I've seen some people refer to these as knit polos, but that's odd to me as I definitely don't think they count as polo shirts. Any tips for terms to use to describe this? I see a lot of fall/winter wear searching for knit shirts, and searching for "knit polos" often brings up actual polo shirts.
