Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.

Could you explain more clear? Do you mean you have cheats installed or rooted your device or something else??
i bought used hard i take ban from files on this hard
i think it bypass or something
i tried to open it and i click open emulator when the game open i take ban but relly i dont know this and also i dont play with hack or bypass

Firstly you should delete that cheat and then to be safe uninstall and reinstall gameloop. That way all changed files should be alright again.

That sounds like your PUBG mobile account got banned. If that’s the case then it’s your fault. Cheating can’t be bypassed by a reinstall.
If I’m correct and you have been banned for cheating there is no way for you to play the game because doing so again would instantly break the TOS again.

If you cheated then you know why you got banned, if not use the ingame support to get further help.
