Ugly section where water meets LODs
Is there any way I can get rid of the obvious and ugly looking section as shown in my screenshot? It appears where the vanilla water and LODs water meet and hides the terrain that should be showing on the LODs. Any ideas?

I've tried Blendium but it just crashes DH as soon as I load I world. I suspect it's not compatible with RC1 as it's not been updated in 5 months. Sadly I don't have the power to use shaders either as they absolutely hammer my FPS and it drops way below 60 😦
You can always increase vanilla RD to see it less

True. I have it at 12 at the moment, but have played with it higher before (with higher temperatures and more fan noise) and didn't notice it so much. Swings and roundabouts I suppose.
