Unfair ban. I had my email hacked he banned my PUBG account without sing in to the game so anyone can ban PUBG account with only download hack and sign in easy😒. Open my account and be fair we spend money for poor game system😤.

I did the claim but it doesn't help. That simple PUBG just open my account I have only my clean device and someone try to login and he doesn't has the verification code, the ban should be after that device put the verification code not while he trying to login.

when you agree user agreement, anything that happens to your account that is not technical problem is only your problem, if something was wrongfully support will assist you, but if you lost your account and on your account someone cheated, thats violation of ToS.

You don’t have to do that, get a strong password, preferably more than 20 characters. Also remember to do the same with your email account and every other account. Don’t use passwords more than once and never give away your login credentials to others.
Maybe related: update your system regularly and keep your guard up when downloading anything outside of the official stores.
Keep in mind that „hackers“ in most of the cases don’t brute force your account credentials but abuse weak passwords, human error and lots of physiological manipulation to trick you to give them your data without notice.

You mean to say that when an account banned for 10 years unlocks on a specific date(say 2034), and when we login in that account, the system will again extend the time to another 10 years(till 2044)??
yes its 10 years but technically its permanent
My advice to y'all first thing before build your platform spend years and $ check the customer service if it poor don't waste your time and money.
