LODs not loading (DH 2.1.0 fabric 1.20.4)
What the title says. I create a new world and wait and wait and wait and no LODs appear. The game is slow as if it's trying to load them but they're not appearing. No mods except the necessary ones for the mod.

Are you using shaders? Also DH requires no other mods, only the modloaders
DH requires no other mods to be installed only for issue testing if this is incompatibility or an actual DH issue.
There are even recommended mods to speed up DH, if that what you meant
DH requires Indium and Sodium. That's what it told me the first time I booted it up. I actually was using Bliss shaders with iris but I had no problem with that on the previous DH versions.

When I booted up DH for the first time today it told me DH requires Indium with sodium now, and it wouldn't let me open the game until I added Indium.
I'll try it without Iris and see what happens, but I'm pretty sure that's not the issue since Iris has never been a problem before.
DH requires nothing by default. Only when using Sodium Indium is required. When using Iris, Sodium is required
Inidum is marked as an optional dependency (I think I need to remove that message, it's been confusing a lot of people) since it is necessary if Sodium is included.

I thought you meant "DH requires no other mods to be installed", and now I see you meant "DH does not require other mods"

That's why. Ok so I need Sodium to use Iris and I need Indium to use with Sodium. Thank you, I was confused but now it makes sense. It still doesn't resolve the issue of the chunks not loading, though. I'm still at a loss with that
I also have the same issue. the distant chunks will not load in, the only difference is that i updated the mod from 2.02 to 2.04
A migration process is most likely happening. You can check for that in the f3 menu
