Lower max Accel after installing FMMM, ToroTube and Motor Decouplers

I installed FMMM, the ToroTube and Motor Decouplers on my VCore3.1 500 to get better printing results and higher speeds/accel. I also switched from using a cable chain to using the umbilical-cord design. Now when printing I saw visible echoing. Therefore I remeassured the vibrations for input shaping with the macro. It resulted in higher max accel for the x-axis but lower max accel for the y-axis. Does anyone have a clue why? The whole printer is enclosed and fitted with high-temp glassfibre mats. Attached are the shaper graphs before (january 24) and after (may 24) upgrading the printer. Any help would be much appreciated! Kind regards, Vince

seems like there is perhaps a difference in belt tension, id verify if those are correct or similar as before

Thank you for your answer! What would be the best workflow of doing this?

I follow this document and use the "Measure corexy belt tension" macro which plots the frequency graphs of both belts
