How can I deactivate licenses if I don't have access to the computers where it is activated?
Hi! So that's my problem. I have a perpetual license, and supposedly I can activate it in 2 PCs. It's activated in one computer but when I'm trying to activate it in another, it just gives me the error "This license key has already been activated the maximum number of times. Error code: 26". I don't know on which other computer it is activated, but I have already checked and it's not activated on any other computer that I have access now. So, is there a way to deactivate the license in all computers so I can activate it again on 2 PCs and let it deactivated in the PCs that were activated before? Thank you!

If it helps, the hostnames of the PCs was: Nanas and DESKTOP-CM35ORO
Hmmm... Maybe DESKTOP-CM35ORO was an old computer where I activated it first.

I work as a Cinematic Artist with Unreal. I use Dash for SetDressing when creating Environments. Sometimes for quick setups, because it's really fast, and sometimes for more complex scenes, because of the amount of things that you can actually tweak! ^^
Ah that button is actually a link to the License Management site, so it makes that it does not work as you are already in there 😄 But 100% it is confusing that it is there. The reason we still have it though is that the same info is sent to your your email when you first got the license 😅

But there're lots of environments that I did before having Dash. Now I would have used it in all of them 😊.

I have access to my computer, where I have installed the license, but not to the other computer where it is installed. I would like to deactivate the license on the computers I have it installed on, so I can use it on another one. Again, sorry for bothering
