You’re using physics mod 3.0.14, which is only compatible with Iris 1.7. Either update to Iris 1.7 or downgrade to physics mod 3.0.13
(That’s v167d for the pro version)
ill downgrade physics mod i dont want to redownload a new instance just to make it work
You don’t need a new instance to put a new version of Iris in the mods folder
because iris 1.7 is higher fabric version needed then i have right now (i use atlauncher)
You can just change the fabric version in the launcher but okay

IVE BEEN REDOWNLOADING A WHOLE NEW PACK EVERYTIME
Not familiar with atlauncher so I can’t tell you exactly how
I only know how to do it with Prism

For someone who uses a third-party launcher to not explore the features offered is rather, interesting, to say the least.
