I need an answer.

Well, given that my account has been blocked, and I've been waiting for you to reply for 2 days now, and nothing, it's already started to cause me large-scale financial damage, I want to know if it will be resolved soon or not. This will certainly be the last time I make a payment to railway, the support is horrible, and I need a backup of my database, which you have simply disconnected. I've had nothing but bad experiences for a month now, which will make me switch services. I don't think it's fair for someone who paid 400 dollars last month to use the service, to have a daily loss of 200 dollars because they don't have the support to solve something like this.

I was simply banned for trying to pay a boleto using my credit card "Card Testing/Hosting Card Testing Services", and all my services were disabled, this is absurd. If only support was quick to resolve something extremely important like this, I wouldn't even be calling about problems, but waiting days to receive basic support is complicated.

Even if I had to pay now, it wouldn't matter, I just want my database back. But what's the difference between me paying 20 dollars for the pro and 400 dollars for the bill?

If you were not on pro, you are not entitled to support from the team except in cases of platform mismanagement. Support from the team on any other matter is a Pro and above feature. As for your ban appeal, we have flagged the thread with the team. As I've told you in your other thread. All we can do here is wait for the team. Sounds like they're busy

I will also note, exaggerating about how long you've been waiting won't help in any way. Your first post was 26 hours ago, not "over 2 days" No. Depends on how busy the team is. Ban appeals are at the bottom of their priority list
