#Z tilt eliminate
Is there an easy way to eliminate the z tilt (and possibly the button) and just have the stepper motors control the z axis. I thought it would be easier to use RatOS especially since I have a v-core 3 as well. I'm using it for an ender 5 plus with Mercury one mod. I plan on adding z tilt later on but right now I just have two z axis motors like the stock ender 5 plus.

If so, just don't add the
[z_tilt]
sectionThats what I needed. Awesome. I'll start with that. Thanks for sending it. I already have a v-core so I started with that which I think was a mistake.

I got it! Success finally. Now on to testing steppers, do you remember was the default by RatOS the same as the Mercury One steppers, I'm using 2209 drivers
https://github.com/Rat-OS/RatOS-configuration/tree/v2.x/steppers/ldo
has a bunch of the 2209 config stuff depending on the stepper used
Hey, my apologies I thought you had already gotten your issue fixed. I must have misread. I did not mean to jump into an active help thread.
Thank you. That should give me what I need. I'll have to wait until Sunday to test it though.
No problem! I hope you got your issues fixed?
I asked here but I didn't get a response. https://discord.com/channels/582187371529764864/949426783894245446/1235646939270484050 Not sure if that is the correct place to check. I was trying to find the correct macro to disable but from what i can see looking in the files the start print macro calls a bunch of z moves and i don't want to just start editing it whithout understanding it.
yeah, you should start your own thread in #ratos-support - I doubt you will get much response in #ratos-plugins-and-macros
