Yesterday I was playing tdm match and suddenly a message pop up so I thought its a network issue then I tried to login again it says “Your account has been banned for 365 days due to the outstanding amount of UC owed. The system has detected refunds or illegal transactions on your account and deducted the corresponding amount of UC from it. If your UC balance is insufficient”. And when I tried to click on file claim it says following message in the screenshot I don’t know which uc is oubg mobile talking about

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....

That happens when you do illegal UC purchase that involve you getting UC but never paying for them. Same happens when you pay without your bank balance be able to cover that amount.
In future only buy UC ingame with enough money in your bank account or on https://pubgmobile.com/pay/

I can only point to my previous message. There is no other way that ban reason would pop up. UC don’t magically show up.

Oh, then please check if the money got deducted from your bank account, else it is counted as refund/ileagal UC.

Then only game admins are able to help you or if an appeal works too.
You might wait for error to respond, but that takes some time.

I am really sorry but it seems like pining the admins is now also no longer possible. That means your not able to reach out to an admin.
I sadly can’t contact one either, they are only for game feedback regarding future content.
In short there is nothing we can do.

If you’re gonna ping a moderator it would be better if you only pinged 1 of them that’s online instead of all of them
@muhammad Usman It may have occured due to some previous purchase or an old one that you did not do yourself from your card. Illegal uc gets detected even after months. Or it may be that someone else prucased uc for you via illegal methods. The account will remain banned for 365 days and according to current pubg terms and conditions your account will function normally after unban. But you will not be able to use uc . Since your account is under deduction. Any uc you purchase then will first be settled against the amount of deduction that your account has to pay. once you pay all the uc in deduction after that your account will function normally. But all this will happend after your ban lifts. that is after 365 days as per the screenshot. Hope this answers your question. Thanks

Hopefully not for the same reason. but if you make any other purchase like this or violate pubg terms again . you may get ban again
