Help!
Hi,
My account (5300837778) has been banned for 365 days by PUBG Mobile. They have banned me because I purchased UC from illegal website but I did not do this - I purchased UC from Midasbuy which I thought was authorised and partnered with Tencent. Could you please help me understand what is going on and when the ban will be removed from my account?
I have attached screenshots of the message I receive when I try to log into my account and also a screenshot of the page I am sent to when I try to press the 'file a claim button'.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or by sending an e-mail to [email protected].
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit....

That happens when you got UC, spend them and refunded the money. That way you still owe PUBG mobile money and that is a ban reason.
For that we have to eclipse the potential exploit of sending someone UC then refunding them back to get them banned. But that should not be very likely.
Thanks for your reply, but I haven’t bought UC and asked for a refund! I’ve just bought UCs from Midasbuy and used them, that’s it
