Bed not heating
I’m nearing the end of a V-Core 3.1 500mm build. Everything on the machine is working exactly as expected except for one issue.
I’m using a Raspberry Pi 4 connected to an Octopus 1.1. Everything is wired correctly. But, the 24v that is supposed to come from the Octopus to the SSR to switch on the bed heater isn’t there. I’ve checked in the [Heater_Bed] section and the pin is defined as PA1, which is correct according to the 1.1 datasheet. When I apply external power, the light on the SSR illuminates and the bed begins to heat.
Initially, I thought it was a bad Octopus 1.1, so I replaced it. The same issue is still present. Since it is present on multiple main boards, and all the components work as expected, even the heater when the SSR is triggered manually, I assume it has to be a Config issue, but I’m not finding it.
What could I be missing?

upload your printer.cfg and show us a picture of how you have everything wired
Sorry, it took a minute to get back to the printer to download the config.
while I don't like stacking wires on the terminals like you have - it otherwise looks ok. I would verify with a multimeter that you are getting a connection with the SSR and that you have continuity through your bed wires (maybe your thermal fuse has popped)
Multimeter shows a connection on all wires. If I remove the bed heater wires from the terminals and connect a 12v power supply to the wires I took off them and the SSR switches on and the bed begins heating as expected. For some reason, the Octopus is not sending a signal to the SSR to turn on the heater.
is the fuse on the octopus for the bed ok? You are trying to heat the bed in mainsail or through your sliced object?
Yes, the fuses are good on both Octopus boards I’ve tried. Trying to heat through mainsail with both a standard heat to 60° c command and a PID tuning run. Beither activates the SSR.
New here. Purchased Ratos with octopus pro. from a guy immigrating. The printer was dropped and glass bed broke.
Going through items from one side...replaced x y endstops as both were damaged.
Hotbed.
It looks like an ac unit. Found and replaced sensor wires. There is a relay inside the printer through wich the heatpad cables conected.
Can not find any info on where the relay control and ac wires are supposed to go into octopus.
