Seam causing issues

Having quality issues on my Ratrig which I don't have on my CR10 Two on the left are from CR10 and 3 on the right are from Ratrig. Printer settings are identical for Filament & Process (using Orca Slicer). The slicer is placing the seam identically in the same place between the two printers. Printing in different locations on the Bed gives identical results and so not a specific mechanical issue as far as I can tell) Tried turning the print around which slightly helped but still way off. Filament is FilaTech FileFlex40 and printing with a 0.6mm revo nozzle Any suggestions?

Sorry that you had to wait so long for a response. I would try calibrating the retraction setings for the RatRig, especially for flexible materials they can be quite finicky. And unless you have modded your CR-10 it should have a bowden extruder, which requires vastly different retraction values than the direct drive extruder on your RatRig.

CR10 is heavily modified and using a Hemera Extruder (older version with bigger stepper motor) Will play a little more with the retraction. But going to open a new discussion as I am having other issue as well with this TPE.
