Bcz they will get alot UC from this if can be buyed daily + there is much upgrade skins people dont want wait 1 week for just 1 material

Likely not going to happen. You could upgrade a weapon fully in two moths only using „cheap“ materials.
If you want to level up your weapons faster you can buy them for 1800 UC.

I said if you could buy one per day as you suggested in your original post.
That would be 60 in two months for 568 UC each.
The normal route is buying 10 material scraps for 180 UC per piece and crafting them together.
Where is profit Here why Will i go for 128 UC if i can get only 1 mini material but for 568UC i get one big material
10x128 is 1280 UC for that i can get 2 big materials
U cant buy more then 1 mini material per day
That is the reason why it is limited to one per week. Nobody would buy the material for 1800 UC if they get a cheap every day for 568 UC.
You can buy endless material scraps for 180 UC each in the shop.
Then why not just buy this?

Same as with the big material it is limited and most likely you get a scrap a day means you need 10 days for 1 material.
So its better wait week and buy big materials then go daily for 128 small materials
