Are UC as currency for ingame trades allowed?

Hi,
I was wondering if it is within the rules to purchase popularity gifts from other for ingame UC sent to them by midasbuy? A few people asked me if I could send them UC instead of popularity and it would benefit both sides.

Imo, it should be allowed while both sides are doing this agreement and doesn’t scam each other

But it can be tricky. Maybe yeah You can find a person to trust but from the other side you can easily step on the scammer
