scuffed up stitching on paraboot toe?
I went out sober the other day with a group of friends who regressed into drunken children lol, and someone managed to step on the toe of my paraboots. đ
Iâm not really sure whatâs going on here, it doesnât look ripped, maybe scuffed somehow? I tried lightly applying some leather cleaner/conditioner on it and it made it look a bit better.
Any tips on whatâs up here and how to fix it?
It weirdly looks worse from standing up, further away than it does up close.

Probably just dirty
Get a cream/white fabric pen and colour it in I guess?
Or embrace it. Not really noticeable
Something like this would be around $4-8 or equivalent
Honestly the best thing you could do for yourself here is learn to forget about it
I genuinely can't see whats wrong here.
This is the smallest mark you will ever get, shoes will get worn, it will be okay, donât stress about this and it will fade from your mind
michaels look good with some wear and tear, you'll do worse to them and itll be great
These are goals
Dope sounds good fellas lol, I was kinda under the impression these were meant to be kept clean and maintain a âdressierâ sort of look, but I can get down with the kind of boot breaking in aesthetic
They are a pretty casual shoe that originate in work wear and are not really traditionally dressy (beyond the way in which many people these days think any leather non sneaker shoe like these or docs are "dressy").
To avoid a scuff is a fools errand, reach true enlightenment by embracing the evolution of your footwear
My Paraboot Reims and Michaels both had scuffed up and slightly deformed stitching out of the box itâs normal
The deformity was just at one point around the circumference
But yeah itâs normal or else I have bad luck I guess
Beat em up, wear your shoes!
The reason Iâm not buying any michaels đ I just donât like how they age and look when worn for a couple of years.
on this topic, do you guys store your michaels with cedar shoe trees like advised? i just got a pair but wondering if itâs really worth it to go the extra mile and buy the shoe trees
I don't, but I'm a bit of a slob.
I donât
The thick rubber sole means toe spring is less likely/severe
I do store them with shoe trees but thatâs mostly cause I have them around
I was debating not using them cause I do like the deformed look
