what to tell my tailor? Just got some used suits
So I just got some used suits off eBay and I’m gonna go get them dry cleaned to get rid of wrinkles. Idk if they are fit or not because I know that the dress shirt is supposed to be more exposed and not be covered all the way by the cuffs. Also general suggestions on what I should ask my tailor would be nice

Also the brown feels kinda oversized? Idk if it’s just me though
im sure there are way more knowledgeable people here, but the sleeves on the black jacket look really short to me. i'd assume any good tailor is going to know what questions to ask you in order to alter items to your liking
Get them pressed first then take neutral standing pics with both with a dress shirt and shoes
yeah tahts what I thought but idk i think its fine? cause i had a suit beoifre that was kinda short but it was supposed to be like that as to not cover the dress shirt sleeve cuff

Sleeves can be extended but generally not by too much. You can see how much extra fabric is on the inside of the sleeve

Hey also kinda stupid question but dry cleaning and press are the same thing right? Or at the very least gets rid of the wrinkles?
Not exactly. Often when you get a suit dry cleaned they will also press it but it’s a separate service

Idk if it’s supposed to look that way but it looks more wider/baggy
Also hard to tell bc it’s not pressed and the poses but it looks like it might be too big. Mostly hard to say tho
