pa12 cf15 after filament change mid print bad quality
hello today i have printed a Part of pa12 cf and the First Spool who was printed nearly perfect. After the first spool I load the second spool of pa12 cf (fresh opened spool dryed 6h on 70celcius) and I get instantly bad quality on my print so I stop the print. Do anyone have an idea what reason it has? Thanks

what type of nozzle are you using?
had a similar thing happen. I took the whole printer apart and in the end the nozzle was just bad
0.6 phaetus ph tungsten Carbide Nozzle.
I think this isnt the problem of this issue because it immediately happened after loading the new pool mid print
ok still worth a try tbh. i also had a hardened steel nozzle and it happened from one spool to the next

The issue was the Nylon cf wasnt dry enough. After more then 24h drying it Prints Perfect again.
