It looks like it only works with folders
It looks like it only works with folders with 3 or less assets. If a folder has 4 assets i get a warning saying it may take some time, and then nothing happens.

@Balu will know what's going on here. In the interim, can I get ya to attach a photo of the output log after you try running the AI tagging?
There is something happening in the background because the CPU load goes up, but no results.
there should be a log w/ in your project's folder inside of
Saved/Logs
with the same name as your project but there's an appended _2
at the end or something similar (_2-backup...)
can you send those?can you try using:
r.HDR.EnableHDROutput 0

and I only migrated some trees from another project
trying to create a library
yeah its not saved between sessions it seems
go to your
{ProjectFolder}/Config
there's a DefaultEngine.ini
add these at the bottom:
with 0!

and try againstill just computing
did you restart unreal?

I tried deleting 3 assets from that folder
and as soon as i only have 3 it works
will look into it tomorrow, but its crashing in a render layer within unreal
yeah as that calculate inside your unreal, not as a separate instance
so it looks up your unreal until its done
and afaik we dont have the option exposed to render everything within a session(fully locking unreal)
tagging isn't great for foliage it seems, but i plan on adding my own tags anyway
and the preview/thumbnail is also strange. after the 1st compute i got the previews you see on the left. when i re-computed the preview in the details improved, but in the library it's still the old thumbnail...
nevermind that. after an engine re-start the thumbnails changed

Fyi @Sitta we'll be revamping our AI stack from the ground up in the near future, which will make tagging much faster and more accurate.

not yet as cant reproduce this anywhere, might need your help in it, added you as friend
Looks like the 3DConnexion (3D mouse) plugin was the issue. AI tagging works after disabling the plugin.
