Weird things on right Y axis
Hello,
I've tried lot of things, watched multiple videos, it's already a lot better but I can't find what to do with this wave shape only on the right of the printer ...
Do you have any advices ?

I suggest first fixing your back, so its flat.
Then go back to the Y axis
In your instance the back left seems to be going up, which means you have to raise A
This is what I've done, but unfortunately I've scratched the aluminum bar by overtighten some screws, had to rotate it by 90° which led to re-calibrate everything
becoming better
I'm constantly getting B higher than the rest of the plate. It should be at the same level than A, shouldn't it ?
I can't find the right adjustement, maybe I'm doing something wrong ... Each time I rase A to get D up, C is plunging, so I raise B and D plunge in response ...
getting better
@VisualTech48 I tried a bunch of things, got C & D flat but I'm always getting A & B probed at around .130mm getting a total variation of about .220mm. About what I've read in other posts it's kinda "okay".
But I can't get a consistant first layer, my nozzle is always close to touch the bed on A & B. Like if any correction where applied. But when I take a close look on Z steppers' while printing, I could see them move a bit trying to compensate.
When I let the printer go to the second layer I could here the nozzle touching the previous layer or just rip it off the bed resulting in a fail print.
I'm pretty new to bed leveling since all of my other printer are manual leveling style. I was pretty sure it was an hardware issue but now I not sure of it anymore.
I could give my printer.cfg if it could help ...
In any case, thanks for your help it's appreciated !
If C and D is falt your bed is flat
THe front points could bve due to the Y axis
THe Y wail and the X rail should be every third bolt
With the same amount of force
After you've done that, the rest of the bed can be fixed with KAPTON tape on the Magnetic sheet
I've done that when I rebuilt the right Y rail, end it up by doing the left & right. I ordered a torque screw driver I tried my best with hands ...
But for .200mm variation, the bed isn't supposed to correct these ?
On a 500 .2 is gold
